The Turkish bath consists of 3 stages, each of which has its benefits and role. The first stage is the steaming stage, which exposes the skin to hot water vapor in a room designated for that, which opens the pores of the skin and prepares it for the second stage, which is the exfoliation stage. In the exfoliation stage, the body is rubbed with a special somewhat rough loofah after it has become soft and moist due to steaming. The dead cells are exfoliated and the skin becomes softer and more supple. The third and final stage is the massage stage, with a soap foam balloon, which improves blood circulation in the outer layer of the skin, which helps in getting rid of dirt and impurities.
